Mum took laptop to the fshit company,
SOPHOS to install security programs for work purpose and they actually handed it to a student on attachment to do it. Made my mum go down for 2 trips, wasted long hours on waiting and even made her skipped lunch. Insisted the laptop had problems, reformatted and poof, everything is gone. All the photos, memories...all deleted.
Went to watch Aftershock last sat and i can finally understand what it means when the mum (who went thru the tangshan earthquake and lost her everything overnight - a home, a blissful family) said,
没有了, 才知道什么是没有
But of cause, the sadness i experience is unncomparable to hers.
